Delivery

Delivery periods quote are from receipt/approval of suitable artwork. Please order in good time bearing in mind the delivery times.

Whilst every effort will be made to deliver on time no liability is accepted for delays occasioned by circumstances beyond our control e.g. industrial action

Shortage or Fault

The company must be notified in writing of non-delivery, shortages, fault or damage within 7 days of date of dispatch.

Prices

Because of the bespoke nature of the goods we supply, prices shown in our brochure and website are based on cone colour designs and are given as a guide. Prices are as accurate as possible and correct at time of going to print but we reserve the right to alter them if the circumstances change (particularly currency fluctuations)

Artwork

Prices are based on suitable artwork being supplied by you. We can supply artwork for you that will be charged at cost only. Design and set up costs will be charged where applicable.

Illustrations

Slight variations and improvements in design are constantly being made so goods supplied may on occasion differ from the illustrations in this catalogue. We reserve the right to supply similar goods when exact ones are not available. All colours shown are reproduced within limitations of the litho printing process and may not be accurate.

Payment Terms

100% deposit is required with your order.

Credit terms of 30 days net are available, subject to credit approval, to:

• Established Insignia customers

• Business with good credit and/or have a good rating with Dun & Bradstreet.

• Most public sector organisations & charities.

Tolerances

We reserve the right to over or under supply by up to 10% and to adjust invoices according.

Cancellation Charges

Once an order has been placed, if it is subsequently cancelled charged incurred by ourselves in the processing of the order to that point will be levied. These charges can on occasions be substantial, if you require written details of the relevant amount prior to placing your order, please ask.

Samples

We reserve the discretionary right to invoice for all requested samples of our previous work. Full credit supplied upon return of times undamaged within 30 days. Please not the production of samples of any items to your own design will be involve us in cost which will be passed on if samples have been requested and no order is subsequently forthcoming.

Copyright

Insignia Ltd supply products personalised with your own design. If you have a logo in existence we will reproduce this on products for you, or alternatively, we can design a logo for you. Copyright of the latter remains the property of Insignia Ltd. We assume our client has the right to display the design requested and Insignia Ltd cannot accept liability for possible infringement of copyright.

The products bearing names and trademarks in this catalogue do not necessarily indicate or imply that we have supplied the names to the owner of the name or trademark but are representative of the effect that has been obtained by suing an advertisement.
