In these days where every single penny of marketing budgets counts more than ever before it is vital to get good value for money out of your promotional items. Opinion on what counts as value for money varies from person to person but there is no doubting that personalised conference bags fit the bill in all respects. From being a vital item on the day of the conference to a useful item on a day to day basis from there on in, the number of advertising ‘hits’ they create and the feel good factor they engender they are winners all round.

We’ve all been to conferences where eager exhibitors are keen to give you as many leaflets, samples and brochures as they can load onto your probably already over loaded and exhausted person!

What a joy it is to get a lightweight comfortable bag made specifically for the purpose with a long comfortable shoulder strap (and a carrying handle if you prefer) that simply contains that exhibitors literature that you can take home to read at you leisure. Most conference bags come with a variety of pockets and sections and a sensible exhibitor won’t stuff the bag but will leave plenty of room for the recipient to put in leaflets etc from less thoughtful exhibitors. This already creates gratitude towards your company, builds on the feel good factor and makes them remember you. Conference bags are generally made from sturdy nylon fabric so that they are durable and come in a variety of different plain colours or colour combinations.

 

For small quantities the most economic method of purchase is to buy standard colours from a reputable promotional product distributor’s range. If you are very organises and have planned in advance and require a larger quantity (5000+) then the bags can be made completely bespoke at reasonable cost. On the bespoke bags the handle, flap, lining and pockets can all be made in your company colours. Both bespoke and standard bag colours are usually personalised by printing your logo on them thought embroidery or embossing are also possible.

 

Very few people throw a  conference bag away. Employees can legitimately take the bags home after the conference or exhibition and utilise them in their home and leisure time taking your brand with them as they go.
