FULL TIME SALES ADMINISTRATOR/CLIENT ACCOUNT MANAGER

The ideal candidate will be a fast learner with an ability to turn their hand to any task presented. You will need to able to work well under pressure and be prepared for a fast-paced working environment, and enjoy working in a close knit team to produce maximum results. You will need to be willing to work on a variety of different tasks including dealing with telephone enquiries, providing support to our on the road sales people, preparing quotations, calling lapsed clients to generate further business, dealing with various suppliers and general office duties.
Previous experience of a sales environment very helpful but not essential.
Must be fully computer literate with a sound knowledge of Outlook and basic Microsoft Office applications. Experience in using databases also helpful. Must have a polite and professional telephone manner and good customer service skills. Basic numeracy skills and an ability to produce own correspondence.

- A flexible approach to a variety of duties with a willingness to get involved in all areas of the company when required
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Preparing accurate written quotations
- Arranging preparation of art/design and it's approval by clients
- Placing orders with suppliers and following through to ensure delivery deadlines are met
- Carrying out follow up calls once orders have been supplied and maintaining customer contact
- Business development - generating new sales from existing clients
- Liasing with clients and suppliers on the telephone
- Accurate maintenance of company filing systems.
- Developing and maintaining good relations with suppliers, customers and colleagues
- Fast accurate presentation and production of own correspondence
- Liasing with clients and suppliers in the office or visiting them as appropriate
- On occasions attending exhibitions, training courses etc.
- General office duties as and when required eg. despatching of goods, maintenance of die/pattern records, making tea/coffee, covering for absent colleagues, postal duties etc

Hours 9-5 Monday-Friday, 1 hour for lunch, 4 weeks holiday per year.
