Order Process

Stage 1


Once we have received your initial order enquiry from one of the above methods, we will follow the following steps;

 

  • Provide quotation (we can quote on multiple quantities or price alternatives if requested)
  • On approval of your quotation we will proceed in producing artwork proofs for your approval

 

Stage 2

 

  • Once artwork approved we will place orders in hand for production
  • Where appropriate you will receive paper or pre-production proofs

 

Stage 3

 

  • On approval we will proceed with bulk production (production status reports can be given if required)
  • Product delivered
  • Invoice automatically produced
  • Follow up call to confirm delivery receipt and feedback

 

Stage 4

 

  • Artwork and production sample filed for future repeat orders
  • Order information automatically stored onto our database for efficient re-ordering

 

Payment Options


  • 100% deposit is required with your order.
  • Credit terms of 30 days net are available, subject to credit approval, to:
     
  • Established Insignia customers
  • Business with good credit and/or have a good rating with Dun & Bradstreet.
  • Most public sector organisations & charities.
     
  • We accept payment by cheque or credit card.

  • Delivery periods quote are from receipt/approval of suitable artwork.
