  1. Do I need to create an account before I can submit an enquiry?


    No, you do not need to create an account to submit your enquiry.  Simply add the items you are interested in to your enquiry list as you go through the website, then when you click the 'Submit Enquiry' button, on the next screen select the top option 'Proceed Directly to Enquiry'.  You will then just need to fill in a few fields on our enquiry form, and your enquiry will be sent to us so we can give you a firm quotation.

     

  2. Can I see a sample of the item before making a decision?


    Yes, we are happy to send out samples of either plain items or work we have done previously.

    We do ask however that you return all samples received.  Should samples not be returned within 30 days, we will issue an invoice for them and they will need to be paid for.

     

  3. Do you offer an environmentally friendly alternative for any of your products?


    We can offer an environmentally friendly alternative for many of our items. If you contact us with the details of the eco-friendly product you need, we will be happy to see if we can supply it for you.
